RULES FOR COURSES "99 workouts to perfect body", "Beautiful buttocks + anti-cellulite", "Galife" and "Flat stomach".

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. Courses called "99 workouts to the perfect body", "Beautiful buttocks + anti-cellulite", "Flat stomach" (hereinafter referred to as the Course) are conducted by Impresa individuale Dmitry Kuzmich (P.IVA: 12968910963, VIA MASACCIO 19 20149 MI MILANO) (hereinafter referred to as these Rules - the Organizer).
1.2. The announcement of the Course, as well as information about the organizer, the rules of the course, is posted on the website: https//kuzmichnatali.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website).
1.3. The course is conducted remotely by providing access to materials using a personal account on the Site.
1.4. The organizer during this Course sets himself the following socially useful goals: popularization of a healthy active lifestyle, familiarizing citizens with a healthy lifestyle.
1.5. To these rules, as well as together with them, the relevant provisions of the Offer Agreement posted on the website https://kuzmichnatali.com
1.6. Familiarization with these rules, as well as the Offer Agreement is a prerequisite for participation in the Course.

2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES: COURSE PARTICIPANTS AND COURSE ORGANIZER
2.1. Persons who comply with these Rules and have fulfilled the requirements established by paragraph 2.2. of these Rules are referred to as Course participants (hereinafter referred to as Participants).
2.2. A participant of the Course can be a capable individual of any gender, who has reached the age of 18 (eighteen) years old, has access to the Internet, who has applied for participation in the Course on the website https://kuzmichnatali.com, who has performed the actions established by section 4 of these Rules.
2.3. The participant may be excluded from the number of participants by the Organizer in case of violation of these Rules.
2.4. By participating in the Course, the Participant agrees to all the terms of these Rules. Course participants are strictly prohibited from propaganda or agitation that incites social, racial, national or religious hatred or enmity. Propaganda of social, racial, national, religious or linguistic superiority is prohibited. Negative feedback about other participants, which contains references to ethnic, national, confessional, religious preferences, any statements and even more insults to other participants and, or publications on the Internet and, or social networks, photos of other participants without the consent of the participants themselves . Actions aimed at inciting hatred or enmity, as well as humiliating the dignity of a person or a group of persons on the grounds of sex, race, nationality, language.
2.5. Participants are prohibited from disseminating knowingly false information and, or any false information (without clear substantiated evidence), discrediting the honor and dignity of another person or undermining his reputation (other Course participants or Course Organizers), for disseminating unsubstantiated information (slander) the participant and, or participants are excluded from the Course without the right to receive information materials.
2.6. Participants are prohibited from reproducing, copying, distributing, or using in any other way for any purpose the content of the Group, except for personal use within the framework of the Course.
2.7. Participants are prohibited from placing in the Group meaningless, useless, as well as advertising information that creates an unnecessary load on the Group.
2.8. Participants are prohibited from carrying out any means of agitation and incitement of other members of the Group in order to use any products or services that are competitive for the Organizer.
2.9. All claims and wishes should be sent in a personal message to the Organizer at info@kuzmichnatali.com
2.10. The Participant is prohibited from transferring the login and password for access to the personal account on the Site to any third parties. The Organizer does not bear any responsibility for the provision of services to a person who has obtained the participant's account data in any way, and is also not obliged to compensate for the money paid and / or the period of time in which the login and password of the participant were in the actual possession of a third party.
2.11. The organizer is obliged to conduct the course.
2.12. The Organizer has the right to change and supplement the rules of the Course at its own discretion with the publication of these changes on the website https://kuzmichnatali.com. 2.13. The Organizer is not obliged to explain or comment on his actions and decisions in relation to persons who have violated the terms of the Course.

3. DURATION OF THE COURSE. SUBSCRIPTION.
3.1. The duration of the course of 99 workouts to the ideal body is 6 months.
Duration of courses Beautiful buttocks + Anti-cellulite, Flat stomach is 21 days.
The duration of the Galife course is 8 weeks (4 weeks of the main course and 4 weeks of access to course materials).
The course becomes available in the Participant's Personal Account immediately after payment is received.
The course is considered started after its activation by the participant in the Personal Account. The purchased course is available for activation 1 year from the date of purchase.
3.2. After the end of the Course, the Participant may subscribe. A subscription is an opportunity to have access to all course materials, as well as the opportunity to ask questions to the Organizer's specialists.
3.3. The subscription is paid, the corresponding cost is posted on the website https://kuzmichnatali.com The participant can subscribe both after completing (completing) the course, and after the lapse of time an unlimited number of times.
3.5. Registration of the Subscription is possible only after completing the Course.

4. PARTICIPATION IN THE COURSE
4.1. In order to become a Course Participant, a person who meets the requirements of clause 2.2. of these Rules, it is necessary:
4.1.1. Familiarize yourself with these Rules.
4.1.2. Pay for the course.
Participation in the Course is paid, the corresponding cost is posted on the website https://kuzmichnatali.com
4.1.4. Familiarize yourself with all the methodological materials and instructions that will be offered to the participant for the convenience of completing the Course and improving the results of the participant.
4.2. The participant can send his photo taken at the end of the course for the purpose of summarizing and evaluating the result. The Organizer has the right to request, at its discretion, a video confirmation in order to verify that photo editors are not used when sending photos.
4.3. Each Participant guarantees that he is the author of the provided photo and video or guarantees that the use of photos and videos does not violate the rights of Participants or any rights of third parties (including copyright and related rights, as well as rights to individualization tools). By submitting his photo and video, the Participant agrees to the publication and further use of the image (photo) of a citizen, including on the Organizer's Website.
4.4. The Course participant is responsible for violation of copyright and other rights of third parties in accordance with the current legislation of Montenegro.

5. ADDITIONAL TERMS
5.1. The fact of payment for participation in the Course implies familiarization and consent of the participant with these Rules.
5.2. The Course Organizer, as well as persons authorized by him, are not responsible for technical failures in the network of the Internet provider to which the Participant is connected, which do not allow paying for participation in the Course
5.3. The Participant agrees that these Rules may be changed by the Organizer without any special notice. Any changes to the Rules come into force from the moment the new version of the Rules is published on the website https://kuzmichnatali.com
5.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any consequences of the Participant's errors, including (but not limited to) costs incurred by the latter.
5.5. All Course Participants are responsible for all costs incurred by them in connection with participation in the Course (including, without limitation, costs associated with Internet access), except for those costs that are expressly specified in these Rules as costs incurred at the expense of Organizer.
5.6. The Course Organizer is not responsible for the violation by the Participant of the rights of third parties.
